DROPSHIP LIVE
Building a home for K-hip-hop in new markets

Modern Doberman works with Korean promoter Online de Offline to bring its DROPSHIP LIVE series to new audiences across Asia. Our work combines regional expansion planning with local production and partner coordination. The ambition is to build a recurring series that introduces artists to new markets and gives local K-hip-hop communities a reason to keep coming back.

Starting at the right scale
The ambition for DROPSHIP LIVE extends beyond a single event. It is to build a community of K-hip-hop listeners who return for future editions and discover different artists through the series.
Modern Doberman is involved from the outset in shaping the expansion strategy and determining an appropriate scale for each market. Starting with smaller shows gives audiences an introduction to DROPSHIP LIVE and provides a foundation for developing the series over time.
Online de Offline leads artist and lineup selection. Our contribution focuses on where and how the series expands, and how each event is delivered locally.
A sold-out Hong Kong debut
In August 2026, we worked with Online de Offline to execute and produce its first-ever Hong Kong show, bringing DROPSHIP LIVE to MOM Livehouse with Gist, Giwon and Jaeha.
The intimate debut sold out quickly, providing an encouraging first response to the series in the market.
Modern Doberman led the local execution alongside local partners, connecting the regional plans with the practical work needed to deliver the show.

Building for repeat editions
Our approach considers both the first event and what could follow: the right starting scale, the local relationships needed to deliver it, and the potential for subsequent editions.
Different lineups and event sizes can give the series room to develop with its audience. The aim is to establish a continuing presence for DROPSHIP LIVE, with each edition contributing to a stronger local K-hip-hop community.
The Hong Kong debut is the first step in that longer-term ambition.
